My name is Brian Pryor, and I am the Air Traffic Manager at the Albuquerque. I thank you for your interest in becoming a visiting controller here. Before we add you to the roster and get you certified to control, there are a few things we need to do. First, you need to be eligible to visit ZAB. The requirements are listed below. If you meet all the requirements, fill out the form below and you will be contacted within 48 hours regarding your application.

Requirements for visiting ZAB:

• Controller must hold a rating of Student (S1) or higher.
• Controller must be in good standing with VATUSA/VATSIM
• Controller must have a working knowledge of ATC procedures. Training is only available for local procedures.
• Controller must be able to maintain an active status as defined in ZAB Policy 7210.1005
• Controllers visiting ZAB cannot be promoted by the ZAB instructing staff. They must be promoted by their home ARTCC/FIR
